In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, the registration of a minor under fifteen (15) years of age requires the prior consent of their legal representative. REDA.NETWORK may at any time request proof of age or of parental authorization and, on legitimate grounds, suspend or close any account that does not comply with these conditions.

Article 5: Services offered

General provisions

REDA.NETWORK is a platform for connecting members and for the promotion, management and organization of activities and clubs for members who propose, organize and/or supervise artistic, cultural, sporting, educational, associative, or simply leisure activities. All members, and only members (professionals and amateurs), may propose activities.

The platform also allows the creation of clubs which any member may join and possibly pay a membership fee to by accepting the conditions set by the club. All members, and only members (professionals and amateurs), may create clubs on the platform.

For users (members or not), REDA is a platform for searching dated and geo-referenced activities or geo-referenced clubs. Only members may register for activities and join & pay membership fees to clubs.

The platform is accessible from anywhere by any user having Internet access. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user. For maintenance, security or technical reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher, as far as possible with prior notice to the members.

Access to the services dedicated to members is carried out using a username and a password.

REDA.NETWORK may offer free services, services subject to usage limitations, as well as paid services. Certain features, certain usage volumes, certain activity publications, certain management tools, certain transactions or certain services intended for members, organizers or clubs may be subject to service fees, technical fees, subscriptions, commissions or special conditions clearly indicated to the users concerned.

Any pricing conditions applicable to the platform's services are specified before any operation concerned, at the time of their use, activation or subscription.

When payments are made via the platform, they are processed by an approved payment services provider under the conditions specified in Article 14. The sums may be distributed between the main beneficiary of the activity or club, REDA.NETWORK in respect of its service fees, and where applicable an identified linker who enabled the connection. REDA.NETWORK is at no time the owner of the funds and acts only as a technical intermediary. The applicable distribution terms are specified before the operation concerned.

Creation and management of activities

Any activity published on REDA.NETWORK is created by an identified member organizer. The organizer is always a natural person who is a member of the platform.

Any activity must designate an identified facilitator or instructor, who may or may not be the organizer.

When an activity is not associated with any club, the organizer is the main party responsible for the activity and the payments related to the activity are made for their benefit, subject to applicable fees, commissions or withholdings.

When an activity is associated with a club, it is offered under the aegis of the club. The club, represented by its President, assumes general liability for the activity and the payments related to the activity may be made for the benefit of the club or the structure it represents.

In all cases, the organizer remains responsible for the operational management of the activity: creation of the listing, description, dates, location, pricing, conditions of participation, monitoring of registrations and communication with participants.

The instructor remains responsible for the actual conduct of the activity, its facilitation, the reception of participants, compliance with safety rules and the skills, authorizations or insurance necessary for the supervision.

Creation and management of clubs

Any member may create a club on the REDA.NETWORK platform, subject to accepting these ToU as well as the specific conditions applicable to clubs.

The club constitutes a management space allowing a structure to be presented, activities to be published, and memberships, possible membership fees, staff members and information related to its operation to be managed.

The creator or representative of the club is responsible for the information published, the legal compliance of the club, its activities, its conditions of membership, its possible membership fees and the use of the personal data to which they may have access within the framework of the club.

When an activity is not associated with any club, the organizer is the main party responsible for the activity and the payments related to it.

When an activity is associated with a club, the club, represented by its President, assumes general liability for the activity and the associated financial flows. The activity is then offered under the aegis of the club.

In this case, the organizer remains responsible for the operational management of the activity: creation of the listing, description, schedule, conditions of participation, monitoring of registrations and communication with participants.

The instructor remains responsible for the actual conduct of the activity, its facilitation, the reception of participants, compliance with safety rules and the skills or authorizations necessary for the supervision.

Memberships and membership fees to clubs

Members may join clubs on the REDA.NETWORK platform. Each club may offer a membership and annual membership fee system. The amount of the membership and the membership fees is determined by the club and is displayed when registering for membership. Payment may be made via the platform. The conditions of membership and membership fees are also set by the club.

Members may join clubs via the REDA.NETWORK platform. Membership consists of becoming a member of the club by accepting its conditions of membership, which may include specific rights and obligations related to the club's activities.

Membership alone does not automatically confer a right of access to the club's activities. Membership allows the nominal operation of the club, but access to the activities may require the payment of a contribution specific to the activity.

Clubs may ask their members to pay a membership fee in return for their participation in the activities and benefits offered by the club. The amount of the membership fee is set by the club and must be clearly displayed at the time of membership or of participation in the activities. The payment of the membership and of the annual membership fees may be made via the REDA.NETWORK platform when this feature is available.

REDA.NETWORK acts exclusively as a technical intermediary for the management of payments related to memberships, membership fees and activities, through an approved payment services provider (Article 14), without any other involvement in the contractual relationship between members and clubs. REDA.NETWORK is never the owner of the funds, does not guarantee payment between members and does not intervene in the management of clubs or the quality of the services offered by clubs. Any complaint concerning membership fees or activities must be addressed directly to the clubs or organizers concerned.

Article 6: Personal data

As part of the use of the REDA.NETWORK platform, personal data may be collected and processed in order to allow the creation and management of accounts, the publication and management of activities and clubs, registration for activities, the management of memberships and membership fees, the security of the platform and communication between the members concerned.

The detailed terms for the collection, use, retention, sharing and protection of personal data are specified on the "Data & Privacy" page of REDA.NETWORK.

For any question relating to personal data, members may contact Roxane Céleste at the following address: roxane@reda.network.

Article 7: Publications and intellectual property

Every member is led to make publications on the platform. These publications (graphic illustrations, texts, etc.) take several forms on the platform: creation of a member profile, creation of an activity, creation of a club, participation in forums related to an activity, publication of photos of an activity, etc.

Publications must comply with Netiquette and the laws in force.

The trademarks, logos as well as the contents of the REDA.NETWORK platform are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and by copyright. All these publications must comply with the law in force.

Members remain the holders of their rights over their publications. They grant the platform a free, non-exclusive and worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and technically adapt their publications, limited to what is necessary for the operation, promotion and proper display of the platform as well as of the activities or clubs concerned. This license is granted for the duration of the hosting of the publication on the platform and ends, except for a legal retention obligation, upon the deletion of the publication or of the account, subject to a reasonable technical delay.

The member publishing photographs, videos or content representing third parties guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations from the persons concerned or their legal representatives.

Article 8: Liability

REDA.NETWORK is a platform for connecting members who propose activities and members who participate in activities. It is only a technical intermediary between natural persons who use the platform. The platform does not intervene in the actual conduct of the activities, the related services, their quality or their compliance, which are the responsibility of the organizers, facilitators and clubs concerned.

Publications

Members are responsible for their publications, which must comply with the law in force and must guarantee that they do not infringe the rights, interests, image or integrity of third parties (natural or legal persons), or cause any harm.

The platform does not carry out systematic prior control of publications and cannot be held responsible for the contents published by members, subject to the legal obligations applicable to it.

In the event of a dispute, the member shall assume full legal responsibility for their publications in whatever form (text, photos, hyperlinks, etc.). Any legal proceedings brought by an aggrieved third party against the platform must be borne by the member.

The platform reserves the right to moderate or remove any publication that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these ToU, where applicable following a report, and endeavors, where possible, to inform the author thereof.

Although the information published on the platform is deemed reliable, the platform reserves the right to give no guarantee as to the reliability of the sources.

Any publication by a member is their full and entire responsibility. It must be reliable, sincere and compliant with the law. In particular, the member on REDA must not usurp the identity of another natural or legal person, their image or their logo, etc.

In the event of inappropriate content or activity, any member may report the content to the platform for evaluation. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any content or activity that contravenes these ToU or the law.

In accordance with the law for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), REDA.NETWORK acts, for the content published by members, in the capacity of host and does not carry out any general a priori monitoring of this content. Any manifestly unlawful content may be reported to the dedicated address signalement@reda.network, specifying the identity of the notifying party, the description and location of the content (URL or location) as well as the reasons for the report. REDA.NETWORK promptly removes any manifestly unlawful content brought to its attention and retains, under the conditions provided for by law, the data allowing the identification of the authors of the published content.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any member account in the event of a violation of these ToU, of fraudulent, dangerous, unlawful behavior, harmful to the proper functioning of the platform or likely to infringe the rights, security or interests of third parties.

When an activity is not associated with any club, the payments related to that activity are made for the benefit of the organizer, subject to the possible deduction of applicable service fees, commissions or remunerations.

When an activity is associated with a club, the payments related to that activity are made for the benefit of the club or the structure it represents, subject to the possible deduction of applicable service fees, commissions or remunerations. The President of the club remains responsible for the compliance of the financial flows associated with the club.

Activities

When an activity is not associated with any club, the organizer assumes general liability for the activity. When an activity is associated with a club, the club, represented by its President, assumes general liability for the activity. The organizer remains responsible for the operational management of the activity on the platform and the instructor remains responsible for its actual conduct.

The organizer's responsibility is to guarantee that: the general conditions of participation must be explicitly communicated to potential participants when creating the activity listing, prior to any registration; the facilitator / instructor has all the qualifications necessary to supervise the activity; the facilitator / instructor presents all the guarantees and insurance necessary for the proper conduct of the activity; the activity is legal in all its forms in the place where it is carried out; the activity carried out indeed corresponds to the description provided in terms of services, quality, number of hours, etc.; in general, everything has been implemented to guarantee the proper conduct of the activity.

REDA declines all liability as to the qualification of the facilitators / instructors and the compliance of the activities offered, leaving this responsibility to the organizers or, where applicable, to the clubs represented by their President.

The organizer is free to choose the participants in their activities according to their own criteria. These selection criteria must nevertheless be explicit, objective, non-discriminatory and compliant with the law.

It is the responsibility of the participant, where applicable, to meet the general conditions of participation in any activity for which they have registered.

The personal data provided to organizers by the participants in an activity must be used only for the needs of the activity in the strict sense. The use of this data outside the activity itself is strictly prohibited without the explicit consent of the participant.

The organizer and, where applicable, the club guarantee that they have, for any activity — in particular any physical, sporting, outdoor activity or activity involving minors —, the civil liability insurance and coverage necessary for its proper conduct. REDA.NETWORK may request proof of this insurance and refuse or suspend, on legitimate grounds, any activity for which it is not justified.

When an activity involves minors, the organizer, the instructor and the club guarantee that they comply with all applicable obligations, in particular regarding the good standing of the participants, the supervision ratio and parental authorizations. REDA.NETWORK does not have the means to verify these elements and assumes no responsibility in this respect.

Each member, organizer or club guarantees and indemnifies REDA.NETWORK against any claim, action, conviction, damage or cost (including defense costs) resulting from their activities, publications or breaches, or from any damage, in particular bodily injury, occurring during an activity. Any proceedings brought by a third party against REDA.NETWORK on this account shall be borne by the member, organizer or club concerned.

Clubs

Clubs are free to set their conditions of membership, membership fees and possibly exclusion, provided that they do not conflict with those of the platform: these ToU of the platform shall prevail over any other rule or condition issued by the clubs, in the event of conflict or divergence.

The specific conditions set by the clubs must be drafted explicitly and comply with the legal provisions in force.

By accepting the conditions of membership set both by the club and by the platform, the member participates in the activities offered by the club and benefits from the rights and obligations arising from this membership. They must comply with the terms of use (ToU) of the site and with the internal rules of the club.

Clubs may restrict access to their activities to their members and fee-paying members.

Organizers and clubs must comply with data protection laws and ensure that members' personal information is used only for purposes related to the club's activities, in accordance with applicable legislation. The use of this data outside these activities themselves is strictly prohibited without the explicit consent of the participant.

Any breach of one of these responsibilities may result, on legitimate grounds, in the suspension or exclusion of a member or the deletion of a club when these breaches are likely to harm a natural or legal person or the proper functioning of the platform. The platform endeavors, where possible and where this does not aggravate the risk, to inform the member concerned beforehand. The platform does not by default verify the responsibilities of its members but may be alerted directly by each of its members in the event of a manifest breach.

General limitation of liability

Under no circumstances may the REDA.NETWORK platform be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, commercial or personal harm, or any other damage resulting from the use or the impossibility of using the platform.

The liability of the platform is strictly limited to the technical means it makes available to facilitate the connection between members. It in no way guarantees the reliability, quality or compliance of the activities, clubs or publications offered on the platform.

In any event, and unless mandatory legal provision to the contrary, if the liability of REDA.NETWORK were to be retained with respect to a member, it would be limited to direct and proven damages, and capped at the amount of the service fees actually received by REDA.NETWORK from that member during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.

Article 9: Personal data and confidentiality

REDA.NETWORK undertakes to process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Personal data is not subject to any resale, any independent commercial exploitation or any advertising tracking by REDA.NETWORK.

Strictly necessary data may be shared with the organizers, facilitators or staff members of a club only when this is necessary for the organization of an activity, the management of a membership or the operation of the club concerned.

Members having access to personal data undertake to use it exclusively for the needs of the activity or club concerned, not to transmit it to third parties, not to retain it beyond what is necessary and to comply with the applicable regulations.

The complete policy relating to personal data is accessible on the "Data & Privacy" page of the platform.

Article 10: Hyperlinks

The platform may contain hyperlinks. By clicking on them, the user will leave the platform. The latter has no control and cannot be held responsible for the content of the web pages relating to these links, and the REDA.NETWORK platform declines all liability with regard to the contents accessible via links published by members.

Article 11: Duration of the contract

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The start of the use of the platform's services marks the application of the contract with respect to the member.

Article 12: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French law. The absence of an amicable resolution of disputes between the parties implies recourse to the competent French courts to settle the litigation.

Article 13: Modification of the Terms of Use

REDA.NETWORK reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use in order to adapt them to changes in the platform, the legislation, or for any other legitimate reason. Members are informed of any modification via a notice published on the platform or by any other means of communication. Minor modifications take effect upon their publication.

In the event of a substantial modification, in particular relating to pricing or to the essential obligations of members, it is brought to the attention of members with reasonable advance notice. A member who does not accept the new conditions may cease using the platform and terminate their account before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

Article 14: Payments and management of funds

When the platform offers online payment, the payment operations and the collection of funds on behalf of the organizers and clubs are carried out by an approved payment services provider: Stripe (Stripe Connect service). REDA.NETWORK does not itself collect the funds: it acts, where applicable, only in the capacity of technical agent in the name and on behalf of this provider.

The funds intended for the organizers or clubs never pass through REDA.NETWORK's own accounts: they are managed and segregated by the payment services provider, which proceeds to remit them to the beneficiaries. REDA.NETWORK is at no time the owner of these funds.

The use of the payment service may be subject to acceptance of the payment provider's conditions and to verification of the identity of the beneficiaries (know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations), which fall under this provider's responsibility.

Refund requests, disputes, unpaid amounts and chargebacks are handled between the participant, the beneficiary (organizer or club) and the payment provider, in accordance with the applicable conditions. REDA.NETWORK assumes no financial liability in this respect and does not guarantee the sums owed between members.

Article 15: Provisions applicable to consumers

When a member acts in the capacity of a consumer, they benefit from the protective provisions of the French Consumer Code.

Right of withdrawal. For services subscribed to at a distance, the consumer has in principle a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days. However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or with a specific periodicity (dated activities, events or outings). Article 16: Tax and reporting obligations

Each member receiving income through the platform (organizer, club, linker) is solely responsible for their tax and social obligations, as well as, where applicable, for the declarations and authorizations necessary for carrying out their activity.

In accordance with the regulations applicable to online platform operators (in particular the so-called "DAC7" mechanism), REDA.NETWORK may be required to collect certain information relating to the members concerned, to declare each year to the tax authorities the operations and income carried out through them, and to transmit to each member concerned a summary of the information concerning them. By using the platform, the member undertakes to provide the information necessary for these obligations.

The linker who receives a remuneration in respect of introductions acts in their own name and is solely responsible for the declaration and payment of the corresponding sums.

Article 17: Force majeure

The liability of REDA.NETWORK cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code and the applicable case law, in particular in the event of failure of the electronic communication networks, interruption of the services of a technical or hosting provider, cyberattack or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Article 18: Miscellaneous provisions

Relationship between members. The contracts relating to activities, participations, memberships and membership fees are concluded directly between the members concerned (participants, organizers, clubs). REDA.NETWORK is never a party to these contracts and intervenes only in the capacity of technical intermediary.

Severability. If a provision of these ToU were declared null or inapplicable, the other provisions would retain their full effect.

No waiver. The fact that REDA.NETWORK does not avail itself of a breach of one of the stipulations of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of its right to avail itself thereof at a later date.

Assignment. REDA.NETWORK may transfer or assign these Terms of Use as well as the operation of the platform to any third party, in particular in the context of a reorganization, a contribution or a sale of business, without this affecting the rights of members.

Entire agreement. These Terms of Use, supplemented where applicable by the specific conditions and by the “Data & Privacy” page, express the entire agreement between the member and REDA.NETWORK relating to the use of the platform.

REDA.NETWORK places particular importance on respecting the privacy of its members and applies the principles of the GDPR as well as the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

Personal data is used solely to enable the normal operation of the platform, the activities, the clubs and the exchanges between members.

REDA.NETWORK does not use advertising cookies, does not carry out any marketing tracking, does not exploit personal data for commercial purposes and does not resell any personal data to third parties.

Data is stored in France under the responsibility of the platform's host. Personal information (address, telephone, etc.) is only shared with activity organizers, the relevant instructors and the club staff members when this is necessary for the normal operation of the services offered.

REDA.NETWORK may produce and publish global, anonymized and aggregated statistics relating to the use of the platform, provided that no natural person can be identified directly or indirectly.

The purpose of this page is to inform the users and members of the REDA.NETWORK platform about how their personal data is collected, used, protected and retained.

REDA.NETWORK places particular importance on the protection of personal data and undertakes to process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

As REDA.NETWORK is accessible internationally, the platform strives to comply with the applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union.

The platform is published in France and applies French law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the applicable French rules regarding the protection of personal data.

Article 2 - Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on the REDA.NETWORK platform is EZ Labs, publisher of the REDA.NETWORK platform.

For any question relating to personal data, users and members may contact Roxane Céleste at the following address: roxane@reda.network.

Article 3 - Data collected

As part of the operation of the platform, REDA.NETWORK may collect the personal data strictly necessary for its services.

This data may include in particular: last name, first name, email address, telephone number, address or geographic area, profile information, information related to activities published or followed, registrations for activities, club memberships, membership fees, roles within a club, messages or posts left on the platform.

Limited technical data may also be processed to ensure the security and proper operation of the platform, in particular connection data, technical logs and the information necessary to maintain the user session.

Article 4 - Purposes of processing

Personal data is used exclusively to enable the proper operation of REDA.NETWORK and the services offered by the platform.

The main purposes are: the creation and management of member accounts, the publication and viewing of activities, the management of registrations for activities, the creation and management of clubs, the management of memberships and membership fees, communication between the relevant members, the security of the platform, the prevention of abuse, the management of reports and the technical administration of the site.

Personal data is neither resold, nor used for advertising purposes, nor commercially exploited by REDA.NETWORK outside the normal operation of the platform.

REDA.NETWORK may produce, use, publish or share global, anonymized and aggregated statistics relating to the use of the platform (for example: geographic distribution of activities, types of activities offered, usage trends, attendance statistics or territorial data), provided that no natural person can be identified directly or indirectly.

These statistics may be used as part of analyses, publications, partnerships, studies or initiatives related to the platform's activity, on the express condition that they are previously and irreversibly anonymized and that no natural person can be identified or re-identified, directly or indirectly. No personal data is shared in this respect.

Article 5 - Legal bases

The data processing carried out by REDA.NETWORK is based primarily on the performance of the contract when the data is necessary for the use of the platform, for registration for activities, for club membership or for the management of the services requested by members.

Certain processing may also be based on the legitimate interest of REDA.NETWORK, in particular to ensure the security of the platform, prevent abuse, moderate content, manage reports and maintain the proper technical operation of the site.

Where necessary, certain processing may be based on the explicit consent of the user, in particular for optional features or for any use that is not strictly necessary for the operation of the platform.

Article 6 - Recipients of the data

Personal data is intended for REDA.NETWORK and for the persons strictly authorized to process it for the needs of the platform's operation.

Certain data may be communicated to the organizers, instructors or staff members of a club when this is necessary for the organization of an activity, for the management of a registration, for the management of a membership or for the operation of the club concerned.

Organizers, instructors and staff members who have access to personal data undertake to use it exclusively for the needs of the activity or club concerned, not to transmit it to third parties, not to retain it beyond what is necessary and to comply with the applicable regulations regarding data protection.

When an organizer or a club determines, for its own purposes, the use of the personal data to which it has access (management of its members, its activities, its communication), it acts as an independent data controller and bears sole responsibility for this use. It guarantees and indemnifies REDA.NETWORK against any claim resulting from a non-compliant use of this data.

The data may also be processed by the technical service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, in particular the site's host and any payment service providers, within the limits of their respective missions.

Finally, certain data may be transmitted to the tax authorities when the law requires it, in particular under the reporting obligations of online platform operators (the so-called "DAC7" mechanism).

Article 7 - Hosting of the data

The reda.network site is hosted by the company o2switch (SAS), whose registered office is located at 222-224 Boulevard Gustave Flaubert, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France.

The platform's data is hosted in France, in o2switch's data centers.

Certain technical service providers used by the platform may be required to process certain data outside the user's country of residence, in compliance with the applicable regulations regarding data protection.

Article 8 - Cookies and absence of tracking

REDA.NETWORK does not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, advertising tracking pixels or any tracking tool intended to commercially analyze user behavior.

The platform may only use cookies or technical mechanisms strictly necessary for the operation of the site, in particular to maintain the login session, secure access to the member account, prevent abuse or enable the normal use of the services requested by the user.

These cookies or technical mechanisms are not used for advertising or commercial purposes.

Article 9 - Retention period

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.

Data related to the member account is retained as long as the account is active. In the event of account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized, except where temporary retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, ensure the security of the platform, manage a dispute or retain proof of a transaction.

Data related to activities, registrations, memberships, membership fees or payments may be retained for the period necessary for the corresponding administrative, accounting, legal or evidentiary management.

Article 10 - Data security

REDA.NETWORK implements technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse.

The platform uses in particular mechanisms for securing access, managing sessions, protecting against abuse and limiting access to data according to the needs of the services.

As no platform can guarantee absolute security, REDA.NETWORK nevertheless undertakes to implement reasonable and appropriate means to ensure the protection of personal data.

Article 11 - Data breach

In the event of a personal data breach likely to create a risk to the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned, REDA.NETWORK will take the necessary measures in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Where required, the breach may be notified to the CNIL within the time limits provided for by the regulations. When the breach is likely to create a high risk to the rights and freedoms of a user, that user may also be informed under the conditions provided for by the GDPR.

Article 12 - Users' rights

In accordance with the applicable regulations, users and members have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of their personal data.

These rights may be exercised by contacting Roxane Céleste at the following address: roxane@reda.network.

The user may also lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority. Where the GDPR so provides, the user may also refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority of their place of habitual residence in the European Union.

Users may also request the deletion of their account. This deletion entails the erasure or anonymization of the associated personal data, subject to the data that must be temporarily retained to comply with a legal obligation, ensure the security of the platform, manage a dispute or retain proof of a transaction.

Article 13 - Data relating to minors

Certain activities offered on REDA.NETWORK may concern minors. Members, organizers, instructors and clubs undertake to exercise particular vigilance when they process information relating to minors.

Data relating to minors must only be collected and used to the extent strictly necessary for the organization of the activity concerned, for the safety of the participants and for compliance with the applicable obligations.

Organizers, instructors and clubs are responsible for verifying, where necessary, that they have the appropriate parental or legal authorizations.

In accordance with the applicable regulations, registration on the platform is reserved for persons aged at least fifteen (15) years; the registration of a minor under fifteen (15) years of age requires the prior consent of their legal representative. REDA.NETWORK may request proof of age or of parental authorization.
